We need to edit the center point of the lights. Because of the motion of the tween, the centers of the symbols need to be more to the edge that the light is going away from. So for the first letter L, the center point must be moved all the way to the right of the symbol. This will cause less distortion in the perceivable parts of the letter. This may seem unnecessary, but if you view this effect without editing the symbols, you will be able to see what I am talking about. For now, trust me and move the center of every symbol to the inside edge of the letters using the Modify ΓÇö Transform ΓÇö Edit Symbol command. Then drag the point to the inside edge, or a little bit inside of it.
